Booking policy: To secure a reservation we request a pre-payment of 50% of the total of your booking - 100 US$ per unit of the pre-payment are non-refundable. 3 weeks prior to arrival we request full payment and then all payments are non-refundable. Special Holiday Season requirements are: Full payment is due 1 month prior to arrival and then all payments will be non-refundable. Payments via signed credits card authorization or wire transfer or Paypal (with restrictions).
