The office, pool, bar, and restaurant are all located on a mini island in the middle of the complex connected by a pier. We spent our days laying by the pool while ice cold drinks served straight to our lounge chairs by 1 of 2 friendly bartenders (Ivan and Javier). At night we would go to The Palm restaurant to dine from the brand new menu and we were never short of amazed. After dinner we would partake in whatever the event would be for that night. Whether it was, jam night, movie night at the Drive in Theater, Karaoke, Dennis Wolfe, or just drinks and good conversation with great people. The location was very desirable for us because the quiet and relaxed environment of the north side of the island was exactly what we were looking for to fulfill a romantic and relaxing time away from the movement of the town San Pedro. We've stayed at many resorts on Ambergris Caye but Reef Village will be hands down our #1 choice for future vacations.

Just a quick note of thanks for all your hospitality during the past week. We really enjoyed our visit and particularly meeting with your family. I enjoyed speaking with your wife very much, and I know all my children really enjoyed the pool all that much more since your family was there. Plus, we also enjoyed the education of a traditional birthday as well as fishing the Central American way!! All in all, a great holiday for the family. Now it is back to school tomorrow.

It has been a whirlwind getting back to life here in Canada, and though we our busy, our thoughts keep gravitating toward Belize. What and enchanting and intoxicating place. We are lucky to have had the time to enjoy the warmth and hospitality of this charming little town with a big heart. How is your family? We hope that your children are settling nicely into their school routines and are excited about the school year ahead.
